Mental health and wellness challenges remain widely misunderstood and under-treated in Kenyan communities and across Africa. Stigma, limited access to care, and a lack of mental health awareness leave millions without the support they need.

As the suicide, depression, anxiety, and addiction rates keep rising; the need for relatable education, prevention programs, and accessible sustainable care has never been greater.

How we help

Mental health & wellness education

Stigma is still widespread in many Kenyan communities. We help people understand, prevent, and heal the root causes of mental issues through: relatable awareness campaigns, storytelling, and the creative arts (films, poetry, theatre, music).

Healing for All therapy program

This program offers sponsored / funded  therapy sessions to girls, children, and young women who’ve experienced deep trauma, GBV, abuse, and other severe psychological issues to support their healing journey.

School wellness program

Adolescent mental health is a growing crisis. We support high school students with the knowledge and practices to manage their mental wellbeing – through our 10 session preventative mental health and wellness program.

Community wellness programs

This program provides mental health education and wellness support to forgotten / underserved populations in Kenya’s coastal region. We support children, youth, and adult groups with easily accessible and sustainable mental health & wellbeing initiatives.

How we work

  • Prevention first

Our education campaigns, school programs, and community programs introduce mental health support before challenges escalate into crisis.

  • African - centered

Our solutions are informed by the cultures, lived experiences, and realities of the communities we support - while also embracing global best practices.

  • Community-led

Our programs are co-created and implemented by the people we serve. Creating spaces where individuals, families, schools, and communities can learn, connect, heal, and grow together.

  • Data & sustainability

We love analyzing our work - using research, data, and evident outcomes to design & improve our solutions so that they are sustainable, scalable, and create lasting impact.
